Over on Yahoo, they should be debating the validity of themselves.

I see two more CS executives have left the company. News out this afternoon. Things looking better and better for buyout.

If I may butt in, Dorfman is IMO the original "pump and dump" artist. He was eventually kicked off the air after investigations surfaced regarding his insider dealings with the stocks he was recommending.

If I sound scorned, I am. I blindly bought one of his "hot tips" many years ago after hearing it plugged on his piece. The company was Gotham Apparel, a womens clothing co. in N.Y. After the "pop" in the share price following his glowing recommendation the stock proceeded to go straight down and then filed for bakruptcy not long after that.
I lost a tidy sum.

Not to say that the CS rumor might be the "real deal" this time, but I wouldn't put any more credence in a Dorfman story than any other rumor from the Yahoo board.
