If I am a promoter PLEASE send the proof to the SEC ... I do like this structure. I got shafted worse than you did. I caught the guy, he got a bowling alley queen to assinate me with lies and innuendoes, I ended up in front of the SEC with my whole life out in front of me and you want to scream because I want to stop the arbitrage because it will cost you money. Oh but you want the warrants to stay just like they are so the price of the common never goes above a buck. This is benefical for the voting shareholders in your opinion. If there is a scam it is in your logic. Hate it for you. :-) GB
