Oh yeah, I bet that's what he's referring to. Sure is strange how with all this institutional buying and massive short covering the dang thing just goes nowhere, despite the internuts having another solid day. If I didn't know better i'd say someone is selling, but then thanks to Francoise I know better. I wonder if the news that really breaks this loose will be ZSUN admitting it used stock for payment after the legal deadline to do so. Maybe they're going out there and buying back the stock to make up for this, lol. Speaking of deadlines I believe that it was about April 8 when ZSUN released a bit of fluff about something or other, in which they said they would be filing financials no later than 60 days from then. Well, what do you know, this is June 9, near as my sundial tells me anyway. Go ahead Francoise, post the legalese in which ZSUN gives itself an out for breaking this PR hype.
