Could E*Trade still be FCFS? They've lied to us before...

The no-flipping thing was a blatent LIE on the website.. is it possible that there is no lottery, that it is FCFS? Student Advantage will tell the tale. I'm IOIing 'cuz I'm curious.

I placed order for 200 STAD. not an internut but I've used their
service when i was a student in boston. discounts for amtrak/greyhound/pizza and sometimes free preview movie passes

i'm sure they can expand service to internet too
