Don't do it. It's a lose/lose proposition.

Here is why: You'll get creamed. If you don't get creamed on the first one, you might get lucky. Then you'll figure that:

a) it was because it was a [fill in the blank] type stock

b) the market was strong for [fill in the sector/ underwriter/ company product/ phase of the moon]

c) you are a genius and buying IPOs on Day One is a no brainer.

Then on the second one, you'll get creamed. If you get really lucky, you'll hit your first two. But it's only a matter of time.
