CHRZ is not only one of the lowest PE profitable companies out there but rumor has it also a takeover candidate. Though it was much lower when all the Y2k type companies were dumped three months ago with a PE of 11 it's certainly got a long ways to go to recover. It was previously at 45 or so as a high. Now it's down to under 16. I bought today as a value play and think it's an easy profit-maker short or long term. The sector is temporarily being ignored but that won't last forever.
