this is not new news. This was in the quarterly report itself. The market knows this right from the day the report was released on April 17.

The market now focuses on whether NETA will be

i - a takeover target
ii - able to show revenue increase in 3rd and 4th quarters
iii - able to cope with the lawsuits
iv - spinning off mcafee.com. If so, when.

If the spinoff is announced in the annual meeting, perhaps the management will be able to substantially quench the shareholders' anger.

Generally, during annual meetings, the shareprice goes up (though temporarily). The company will also have to show the shareholders that it is buying back shares to imbibe confidence in the shareholders.
