It's important to remember that Nicotine addiction is a physical addiction. As long as you keep giving yourself Nicotine, whether it's dip, sprays, or whatever, your dopamine receptors will continue to crave it. I quit 2 years ago too, and I firmly believe that you can't quit for good unless you quit cold turkey. You have to want to quit more than you want a cig. I used to keep a pack of cigarettes with me all the time just so I was never free of temptation. Also, after three days the physical cravings are gone. After that it pure habit.
