If 4 is true, then 3 must be untrue.

If 4 is true, the cause for the delay must surfaced very recently.

I have not had any changes to my announcement list yet. Would anyone care to revise their guess for late July?

My guess of launch date was yesterday to precede Dirk's talk. I was overly optimistic.
