Fair Enough. I bought this thing on strong technicals (at 4 5/8) and an interesting story garnered from 5 minute DD. Story still seems plausible enough to me despite the obvious red flags you and others have raised. I've traded in and out of this thing and I've essentially got free shares. If I end up getting creamed, well, I was warned. On the other hand, what if PHILX announces actual start date of VWAP before the bell tomorrow. Isn't that a possibility? Aren't the shorts a little nervous about it? CD
