Darryl, Look for a MOT story today on the Infineon 300mm joint venture. The bugs are out of 300mm. Yields are already in excess of 200mm. This time, the larger wafer tool burn in was done different. By consortiums around the globe rather than by some brave soldier. If you expect this migration to play out the same way as others, my guess is you will be very disappointed. I'd further guess that most of the easy money has already been made in the obvious tier 1 equipment suppliers. JHMO, Ian.
