Robert, are you sure about this? HSAC just offered its shares to only 2 MAJOR suppliers: Com21 (1 million investment) and Cisco (7 million investment). If they plan on using Terayon's products, shouldn't it have let Terayon on this deal?

Also, Charter Comm, through its join venture Charter Pipleline,is a big supporter of Com21. With HSAC being granted the right to offer cable modem service in Charter's territory, don't you think the company would have some influence over which cable modem supplier to use? BTW, Charter and HSAC are owned by Paul Allen under Vulcan Ventures.

Oh yeah, does anybody know if Paul Allen in any way is affiliated with Com21?

I submit there's more than a little hype surrounding TERN's superiority regarding noise interference.

CMTO has its own solution already avaialble.
