Hi there PMSW -

I just took my own morning (Pacific Daylight Time) fistful of rejuvenation so peace and tranquility are upon me.

I'm content with the all of the CNBC reporters and anchors. There used to be two that I really hated but they're gone now. If they are consistent in their tone, it's easier for me to focus on the message. Granted, there are days when the US markets are not having a huge impact on the world, but I'm still watching because I'm looking for the next trend.

I've been particularly grateful for Bob Pisani's reports from the floor of the NYSE. Low volume, which he usually reports, indicates a world wide wait-and-see attitude. It's (low volume) been driving me crazy for some time now so for me, that's news even though it may not be influencing the movement of billions of dollars.

I keep CNBC going all day while I'm doing other things just so I can hear a range of commentary and news. For me, context is everything, even on slow news days.
