Mark - I have used Brown for a long time, and the last thing I would ever say about them is the service is excellent - adequate is about all I coyuld say for them and while thney have recently improved access to their web site, their executions have gone all to hell - market oders routinely get bad fills and many limit orders just plain dont get executed... several other folks have also commented on this over at the Brown thread when Datek is working fills and confirmations are far far superior to Brown
