Good - $500 has been established for a while as the corporate thin client price point target. Should boost sales if there is any interest. Maybe margins will decrease, but these thin clients just need to get a foot in the door before they are everywhere.

As for options - Be very careful playing them. They have no intrinsic value. All of your money can be lost - a crapshoot. Remember that this stock was going to explode for the past 3 years.

If you expect a stock to go down, you can buy puts. Look on any trading site for explanations of these terms (ie: etrade.com).
