I also talk to some friends from UK. The telecos in this area charge for connection time much as the ISP of yesterday in the US did. This is why the UK has fallen behind the US in ecommerce as well as general Internet/computer consumption.

They will be hurt in their technology as they will be left behind the rest of the civilized world unless they deregulate.

Let us cut out this Bill-Shill business and talk AOL. What is going to happen tomorrow. If these internets do not turn around, I may have to move to Lithuania with Bill or even better to Himalayas, Shiva's real home..... no internet, no electricity, phone or TV and live in peace with Ramu & Shamu!

I am afraid AOL still is in downward trend. My only hope is earning season is around the corner to start run up. Well it does not cost anything to dream.
