<<It's a tough call with the
beginnings of an election year coming up,
best we can hope for is summer recess.>>

Let me just say is is damn hot here in DC. I wish I could wear one of those "wife-beater" tank tops (like the guys wear in Kingpin) to work every day. Maybe all the pols will catch a clue and get out of town!

<<Should be an interesting release, ATVI has
the distribution rights, IPLY is already
taking the heat being the publisher. Looks
like a good deal for ATVI. The hype is going
to sell a few copies i'd imagine.>>

Let's hope so ;-) When I was in EB last weekend I noticed that they had the demo on cd (next to the nuclear physicist who works the cash register), but didn't catch the price. I'm sure it was nominal (free?).

It takes a lot to phase me....but that game is pretty tough. As you know, the basic premise is to jack the other guy before he/she jacks you. Quite a departure from monsters. Still damn cool, though. Glued hands aside...I thought the art/character skin was impressive. The game needs to move beyond "find the key, open the door, find the key" to be successful. Beyond the hype...of course.

I have to wear headphones all the time....so count yourself lucky <gg>.....so much for those surround speakers....
