Are we back to civility? Well hell, I thought we were, but here you are again. I have been hanging around this thread for over a year, and you haven't heard me "whining." The way you put it, it sounds like a put down. You can clearly see that I have the ability to speak up where I see the need. Okay, admittedly, I probably could have found a better choice of word than "whining", and I'm sorry if my verbage offended you. But this is business. I, too, have that ability to speak up when I see the need, have done so since day one, and will continue to do so in the future. It never occurred to me that my opinion on this business would be taken as a "put down" or be otherwise personally offensive to you, as we clearly do not know each other. Conducting business in a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is manner has worked for me so far, so I think I will keep it up. I have seen the two of you get very personal and gang up on people with opposing views. And accusing me of "pulling up my skirt" isn't? <Okie Dokie> Most of them just go away, probably in embarassment. If anyone left this thread in embarassment, it could possibly be because she was embarassed at being exposed as the liar she was. She SHOULD feel embarassed. .>> Plenty of Warrant holders have spoken up, and like me, Gary tried to discount or dismiss and over rule any point they had to make. I disagree. Kurt made a very well thought out post, and I don't believe anyone here was critical of his ideas. When you come here saying things like "Lawyer time!" and using words like "crook", you should expect a hostile response. Frequently stating simply that he had the power of the votes on his side so their opinion doesn't mean anything. I think you are missing what "doesn't mean anything". NONE of this means anything! As the prospectus clearly states, the decision is up to the Board of Directors, NOT the shareholders. The last time I checked, the BOD was one guy, Roger Tompkins. Not GaBard, not Brees, not Binder, but Roger Tompkins. He's 'da man. It's all of these hundred and something posts that "don't mean anything", because none of us has any control over this decision. He has to already know that whatever he decides, he is going to piss people off, and he would be foolish not to expect at least somebody to go hire a lawyer. Well then encourage them when they participate in the discussion. Plenty have tried. I have not discouraged anyone from posting their thoughts on the warrant situation. I simply posted my own opinions as well. I agree that intelligent conversation should not be discouraged on these threads. However, I have no obligation to encourage anyone to do anything. Gary's only idea is raise the exercise price and he is going to rally all the voters to get it done. Again, you need to read the prospectus. It is not a shareholder issue. It is at the pleasure of the Board. The fact that it is the only idea offered by Gary on this issue should be of no relevance. It has been one of several offered here. I see merit in his position, on a purely mathematical basis, however, I also see merit in some of the other ideas offered here. I don't know if he does or not, and I really don't care because it isn't up to him anyway. You want to hear other peoples ideas. Stop trying to demonize anyone who disagrees with you. I will remind you again. You have seen me posting for over a year. Again, I do business in a blunt manner, and I call it like I see it. I do not feel I "demonize" anyone. If they appear to be "demons" it is probably on their own accord. You have seen me here for longer than a year, and I do not back down. :-) Binder
