I do not see how anyone is going to lose their investment if it comes back trading. The only way I see is if arbitrage is not taken into consideration no matter how much common is bought it will not hold a price. That costs everyone but the arbitragers ... They make money of solid investors coming in.

The warrants are basically a way to short the common with no risk of loss. If the common does not fall you just exercise the warrant. If the common does on the arbitrage selling then you buy the common at a lower price and do it all over again.

Now that is why this stock can not hold a price. The Ps were being used and the warrants. If they are not going to do anything about the warrants and arbitrage, heck I should own warrants and nothing else. One reason nothing but shorting is going to take place if any buying comes into the common.
