Mike, another scenario is CPTH threatened a countersuit, CUST realized that they didn't have a case in the first place and must drop the suit. No matter what the real reason is, it just shows to me the lack of focus, and flip-flopping position on management's part. Much like last Fall when they started the Custom CD Music biz only to abandon it in a matter of weeks.
