Stock Loans come out in Embarrassing Divorces/Ch.7's ect., Lock Up Agreements are suppose to prevent stock loans, but thats an underwriters contract, and not really a SEC rule that I know of. Sometimes you need to look at original Prospectuses and Red Herrings o examine the material adverse factors in Directors and Insiders lives or past. I have not seen child support garnishments or foreclosures cause the embarrassing disclosure of stock oans, but some people just never have learned how to handle money. Some have had bad financial dealings that hopefully have been resolved or paid up by the time a company goes public or makes a public offering, but people are human. I am, Truly yours, -Crystal ball
