I think that securities are supposed to be enough...

But if it were me, I wouldn't bet on that. When I get an allocation, I wire funds to cover the purchase the very next day, to ensure that the cash balance always stays up over the minimum. I like to know that I'm safe and within the guidelines on every aspect.

I recieved 200 WITC with only $400 cash in my account and about $3k in securities so I think you'd be ok so long as you're over $2k total. However I had still not paid for my WITC when BWEB and KOOP went out and recieved neither after confirming for both. My timestamp was a little late on BWEB but I think I saw somebody saying they got 200 shares of KOOP so my thinking is maybe they limit how much credit they will extend to you.
