Ok, I knew what a secondary was...didn't realize *follow on* meant the same thing...I just applied for it, because I was at E*Trade and noticed it open in the first few moments...It was an automatic reaction like Pavlov's dog...ooh, ooh, ooh, something new at E*TRADE IPO OFFERINGS!!!

Looks like I will cancel!!!
