Dman, if XSTREAM is not on the NASD nor gets an IPO FILING before Freeserve, I will be stunned. I am confident in management but I am only minorly disturbed with Freeserve - like a rooster fight over there in the UK, only it is two companies strutting their stuff. This is a strong long hold and there are many big block purchasers who know it. That nothing is filed to date is a concern to me, however, they are waiting to get all the info from Lehmans. I am waiting for information to the contrary of your scenario, like until the end of this week as I have NOT found anything negative in any of the Dixon owned UK press; and knowing the Lehman Brothers set a deadline date of June 18 to present their strategic review to XSNI management; action better be forthcoming immediately thereafter, if not sooner. Dates must be kept and when I hear anything to the contrary I shall post on the board. Read a little later in the quarter and find that alot of those January IPO's were rocked back to reality within three months too and alot of people are stranded; I don't care about today's price of this stock, I care about what management will do for the future valuation. So far, XSNI has been strong and I don't want to wonder, I want to know and I don't want XSNI to be second anything in this highly competitive niche. That the South Africa deal is on hold due to poor infrastructure is not a concern because Freeserve can't get in either. XSNI has been cutting deals practically daily with US companies, expanding their capabilities and exposure. All I want to see is some action in the IPO application department and movement on NASD; it will be found at www.ipo.com and I have been monitoring it daily - shows who has filed, who is IPOing daily; shows who has rescinded their IPO etc. I want to know what the revenues have been from advertisers since January 1999 - financials and material facts and other items the SEC will require for upgrade to NASD and pretty soon on the OTCBB as well. I have not received a response from my email to Robert Manning and will be calling Lehmans in London Friday morning. I was going to call this morning but called too late UK time. So if anyone out there has any specific questions they'd like asked relating to 1) when are they filing for IPO 2) what is the status of the NASD filing 3) is a satisfactory strategy in place to answer Dixon's plays 4) assessment of future operations - positive or negative 5) considering partners? if so, who, what; expansion plans what are they and are they being implemented, where are they and what is happening with Asian expansion and SA expansion, Are those above quite right, and what other reasonable concerns does anyone have? Let me know and I can consolidate everything and with help put the questions/concerns in an intelligent format prior to making the call. Thanks. And yes, Dman, I'm in all three photos; my favorite is with the stingrays; saw someone on national geographic dive with the rays, put it in my mind that I wanted to do it and I actually cried after I surfaced; overwhelming experience, and I've done it several times since. Even became an equipment & rescue certified diver and am working on my exploratory dive certification. Diving in lakes is diving in MUD though after salt water diving. anyway, back to XSNI Calling Lehman's Friday at 6 am central time and am ever alert for information, keep you posted, :) Jacalyn
