To The Thread:

Does anyone know what AOL dsl service through Bell Atlantic costs per month? What are their installation fees and hookup fees? I was contacted by Bell South today concerning purchase of ADSL for $59.95/month with $199.95 installation fee and $99.95 hookup fee. This includes all hardware. They advertise speed as 50 times faster than 28.8 modem. All comments are greatly appreciated.

TIA,
TheCow

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww as a snail.

zdnet.com

Good luck in this transition to all dell holders. I love the stock but don't own any as I think it has got some big steps to take to regain leadership in the PC area.

Market share is leaving in favor of small PC and hand held devices and this trend will continue.

As this goes on AOL will still dominate the ISP connections as far as #'s go.
