So while we are on the sj of evalutating exec departures in takeovers: why are they going to leave when "deep pockets" are on the horizon? Maybe one, not both. Somebody have a rationale....

But COMS hasnt been purchased yet and there is growing sediment that it might not be up for sale. But as an undervalued stock, its a good one I think. I was in XYLN and FORE thanks to Tim. Was also in OSI but didnt really see a premium via takeover for the stock.
