I think it's do-able dreamer. They could do a reverse split on the Ws and convert them to Cs straight across. The problem is that they originally expected this to be an income producer. Of course, there is no they anymore, just us. So the bright side is the P and C holders might be willing to support this kind of agreement just to be done with it. It definitely eliminates the arbitrage problem. Good thinking.
