Next step...or steps? Check on the legalities of doing this, any of the other suggestions, or a combination of the things that are suggested....I'm still open to ideas and we do have time. I don't know if "Mark Pierce" SEC attorney, is still in the picture, but it would be nice to run some alternatives by someone like that and get feedback. I live in Denver, (his last known location) and would be happy to sit down with him, if that is an option. Then its on the the BOD and do the filings...I think.
