It might be 10% more than a celeron going to cu-mine with increased cache.

Remember that from the Xeon with external full speed cache Cumine has lower latency but only 50% of the cache.

So I suspect that 10% over Xeon is very very generous although possible depending upon what other improvements Cumine has made.
