Sounds like your having a ball with your real estate investments. Well that's what life's all about. I'm too lazy to invest in real estate. You have to sign too many papers. The only papers you have to deal with investing in the stock market is filling in all the buys and sells on your tax return form. Boy can that be a pain in the butt when you trade actively. I'm not a trader but still had more than 70 trades last year I had to document. I can imagine the tax fun that the die-hard day traders have to deal with when they do their taxes. In any case, life sounds good for MakeMoney, both in real estate and in the stock market. Enjoy your good luck while it lasts. For we both know that good times don't last forever even for the wisest investor.
