that'll be great.. as long as they dont take away freedom of speech.. and one's ability to post what they are buying and where they think the stock might go.. within reason..

clearly a 5cent stock being touted with a target of $5 is pretty ridiculous and we've all seen it happen..

I wonder if the SEC is ever going to post rules about what is and isn't allowed with online investing?? anyone ever called the SEC and tried to ask them what you're allowed to post or say in relation to buying penny stocks??? go try it... what a joke.. and I'm not talking about questioning just your local SEC receptionist.. i mean call several SEC offices and talk to even the enforcement division... they haven't a clue of how to help people find answers.. you just have to do what you feel is best and know to be ethically right and hope that it legally is okay as well..

this crackdown on online investing and daytrading will be very interesting watch as it unfolds in both the penny market and the NASD with the internet stocks and other highly volatile areas.
