PCQuote.com has finally filed their S-1. This one may actually turn out to be an interesting back door play. The back door is still alive, right? LOL. From CBSMarketwatch.com: cbs.marketwatch.com Also filing for an IPO: PcQuote.com, a financial Web site publisher which hopes to sell 7.75 million shares at $12 to $14 each in a deal headed by Prudential Securities. PcQuote.com is a subsidiary of financial data software developer PC Quote (PQT: news, msgs), which is changing its name to Hyperfeed Technologies. PCQuote.com hopes to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker "PCQT". MarketWatch.com, the publisher of this Web site, competes with PCQuote.com.
