Have a great evening, Ian. ..I haven't had to file yet :') I think that the US is reasonable and requires a filing within 15 days of the 5% position being attained. Canada is less friendly to investors and allows significant latitude without even a wrist slap for violating its lax rules. Unfortunately, this is going from memory again, and we saw how good I was at the share count for MTSN. Ian.
