Errick,

I think that by the end of the year that NPEC will be higher than it is now....but I don't think it's getting ready to run right now. It just finished a run...and although it didn't go as high as I had hoped it might....it didn't do badly either.

I guess the next question will be to see where it bases now so that it can get ready for the NEXT run!
