I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'bad karma'.....

I've begun introducing some top technical people to the opportunities at NETA and, across the board, the response is very positive. For example two top security engineers that I am representing from two of the largest brokerage firms (these guys could work anywhere) are quite enthused by the opportunity to interview at NETA.

my take on this is that from a pure technical point of view, NETA is very well respected. Technology professionals would laugh at (and have laughed at) some opportunities in the past.

If tech pros are psyched to work at NETA, I take that positively, regardless of lawsuits devaluations etc.

I invest significantly based on my 'armchair quarterback' view of the industry and its trends. It made me buy Cisco in 1991.
