Dave, no ones stopping you from dumping your shares. If you don't feel that MCF is a good investment, then by all means, dump them. You don't own enough shares to affect the value of this stock, even if you dump them at market.

I'm staying invested because I like the concept, they're making very reasonable progress (i.e., contracts with Ford, Sony, National Bank, and the SIBN deal), and this particular market niche is still very undeveloped. That, with a 457% increase in revenue over last year are my reasons.

All the Best
Marty

Dave; you haven't learned from bii? It's called private placement. What's the history of bii and others after the pp?

Three years ago, Microforum was a completely different company trading with much less volatility during consistent market inclines. What's today's market atmosphere like?

Ask yourself perhaps a couple of more questions:

What was MCF's revenue three years ago along with their e.p.s.?
Compare it to todays?
The market MCF is targeting... promising future?
The partnerships, acquisitions, contracts, affiliations MCF has gathered just over the past half year... bad or good?
The internet... just a phase?
Valuations... is MCF fairly valued in today's market?

Things worth considering before dumping. Good luck.

Didn't MCF only make computer games a few years ago? Now they are in the e-commerce business which is the hottest thing going right now. Yup, I'd say they are a totally different company from what they used to be. Thus, comparisons between the old MCF and the new MCF are invalid. Does that sort of answer your question Dave? It sounds like you want to be the "Dagan" of the MCF thread in terms of bringing up irrelevant things from the distant past.

Three years ago it was not the same company or doing business in the same industry .

Hi Dave,

I see Queen Dagan is on this board and that Mark Pavan recommends this company. Does that mean that Yorkton was the underwriter??
