wonder if this will cause what happened in japan...which is that lower rates caused people to save more since they were getting less interest on their money...
it seems like the chinese people are afraid of lack of future growth so are saving more...i believe a rate cut will make things worse like in japan...
this may lead to devaluation...

this is a far cry from americans that are afraid of nothing and are spending their way into debt with decreasing savings...
if things ever go bad in the US things will get ugly quick

Humm, I guess we are now seeing why they sent out that notice telling banks to stop trading the Rmb. Something is up, and I suspect they will screw up the economy.
