Article on Dow Jones News Wire about Microsoft and NTT studying internet bill delivery in Japan. TITLE: NTT, NTT Data, Microsoft Japan Study Internet Billing The article doesn't say much (about 3 paragraphs). It states that they will establish a consortium in July to study starting a service to electronically deliver utility bills and financial statements to customers for the Japanese market. Oh, one interesting point - no mention of Transpoint. It looks like MS wants to go international on its own.
