Hi Stock Watcher, regarding AOXY,

There is plenty of financial data on freeedgar.com

The Annual Report for the year ending June 1998 is worth looking at. It has audited financials. As of June 1998, they owned a lot of money and 23 million of the 29 million outstanding shares are prefered shares held by off-shore interests.

The most recent filing from May 1999,which is unaudited, reports a cancelled debt of $1,000,000 as income. So the .03/share earnings is not "profit" like we normally think of it. And it is a one time only occurance, it's not like they're earning .03/share each year from sales or anything.

And then yes, it appears someone is trying to unload 450,000 shares. So unless that selling is over, people who are buying now may be buying into that selling.

I hope this information helped.

Regards,
Chris
