I guess your point would be that high interest rate environment in
the domestic market would slow sales of the tech companies while drugs won't be affected. Is that logical?

Drugs will be affected by an increase in interest rates, but not to the degree of the cyclicals or many of the high growth high techs. Either way, PFE has taken a beating the past few days.
