I have only ordered one thing directly from ANYI and my credit card order went through just fine. The item was being shipped to the billing address, so that might be why I didn't have to fax in a signature form. I don't think I would ever buy things on-line from a company who required me to fax a signature to them for each order. I did have a problem trying to order BANY cases from ANYI with a purchase order (since ANYI was not set up to take POs from government agencies at that time), but Mr. Yost solved the problem by having me re-direct the PO directly to BANY. (Great cases--have already bought 14 and just placed an order for five more.) Both Mr. Sitra and Mr. Yost have told me that they are trying to take the necessary steps to allow them to accept POs. I guess you need to expand your credit base a bit since the time it takes to receive payment is being extended some.
