Hi Suzanne - what is your opinion regarding the # of shares registered for the PP and whether this represents a CAP ? This was mentioned in a Dave Gore post detailing his conversation with Rob Gordon. I called Paul Henry about this yesterday and he referred me to the SEC documents. Sounds to me that they're finally getting their stories together.lol RG swears that the absolute is 51,000,000 and now Henry who is supposed to know for sure is taking the 5th. If I was RG I'd do the same, given that the doc's don't at all square with his pronouncements. On the other hand, if they don't know then how can we be expected to know. Unless we hire a top notch SEC law firm. Been trying to tell you all along. Working on it. Let's feed the pit bulls. SC
