Can anyone explain the status of the upgrade to the HFC two-way capabilities.

No one can.

<I.What percentage of TCI's customer base now has the upgraded system in place

My guess is 30% but TCI guesses higher. I'm probably right.

and what is the rate of upgrade as a percentage per month/quarter.

It isn't constant and it is a function of other exogenous factors. TCI believes they will have their system mostly upgraded by 2002, say 85%.

When will it be feasible for a person who can install an internal dial up modem to be able to install all of the items necessary to
obtain athm service without a truck roll.

Too complex for immediate readout but I'd say in another year.

Also, is the net over TV (Wgat type service) going to be available soon from athm

You are mixing apples and pears. WGAT is at best a competitor, that is, if they can survive.

and what type of revenues can athm expect from that service.

The question is if WGAT can expect any.
