I labeled myself "CRAZY JAKE" a long time ago. It takes guts, but patience may reward us yet. A Company's Prospectus, SEC Filings and the like, almost always depress me. It seems to me like they always say the "gol-darndest" things! So, in my later years, I, mostly, do not read them. I am a pure gambler! But, I do encourage EVERYONE to read the SEC filings of any company that they are invested in. (Don't do as I do, do as I say do.) Good Luck and Take Care! Have a happy day, today and everyday!
