Well, well..... Let's all take a moment to review our situation. No, we shouln't do that, it would take too long and be filled with too many laughs. The last time I traded this stock I bought around .28 and sold around .20. I think the biggest issue at this point is why McCan left the company. Has this been confirmed? If so, why would you leave a company after all this time (and you have a bunch of stock) at these low trading levels if things are O.K.? See my point? If I was in his shoes and I felt the deal could work and I owned a bunch of stock, why would I leave? I wouldn't, I would make the company a success and retire from my stock. The time to buy companies are when good people join, not when people leave. On the flip side it's not like any of the senior management is capable of running a lemonade stand let alone a publically traded company. You know why they don't come clean with information to shareholders? Because there is nothing to tell. Anything they say will be disected and then it's the same old story..... no money, no business, no future, yet they maintain their stance of becoming a world class business. It's really quite a joke. At this point they should reverse the stock and attach rights for existing shareholders. At least they will be able to raise money without doing another death spiral. Oh.... but that would make too much sense. Reverse it to 5-7 million shares outstanding and rights at let's say a buck... Now that's how you fix this mess.....
