Dai,

I agree with you about what could happen and it could; where Tom can actually give the money to himself. But is Tom that kind of guy. I don't think so but we shall see.

Hey grampa(jm). Missed your banter!!Save some big mouth for me !!

I got a reply from Tom regarding my question about ET&T and ecConnect relationship, licensing agreement, etc...

There will be some change to the positive folks. Here is Tom message!

********************************************************
Dai,

You will see the positive interconnections between ET&T and
eConnect over the next 30 days.

All profits generated by eConnect STAY with eConnect.

The only payment from eConnect to ET&T is a royalty arrangement for
Licensing fees and these fees will only be paid when eConnect has shown 6 consecutive months of earnings. When the Licensing Fee payments begin, they will be very reasonable and designed to not impact the bottom line of eConnect.

Additionally, ET&T has made cash infusions into eConnect over the last
year and will undoubtedly infuse more as we regard eConnect as the flagship of the PERFECT industry.

Tom
