Yesterday I posted info I had received from cyber tech support to the effect no broker held conditional orders available with cyber. My follow up email to cyber support prompted this prompt and encouraging response which I feel compelled to post to set record straight.

I assume broker held orders must be phoned in - but since they are protective and put in place for position trades it works fine for me. Mind you I haven't set one yet, as I am just getting myself weaned off Datek and becoming familiar with cyber software.

Thank you for your message. In response to your question, as of right now you can place broker held conditional orders (i.e., stop loss orders) on NYSE securities. Our development Team is currently working on enhancing the stop loss feature so as to provide better service for NASDAQ securities.
