James -- depressed? Not me. I am ready to throw a wild party when the excrement hits the fan. Go take a look at the 30 year bond yield -- going back to say 1994. Look at the relationship between bond yields and stock prices. And notice the trend. We have been floating on hot air so long, mere mention of the downside potential makes you seem a little weird. Markets? They only go up, and up an so on -- yes? Every little blip is the next buying opportunity -- yes? Sorry, not this time.
