>>Bezos is a guy who took a risk and at least has made himself rich through hard work and creativity<<
The hard work I agree with, the risk I don't. What risk is there when your pissing away other investors $money.
If he had failed, do you think a Princeton grad would stay unemployed for long? So please explain what you mean by the risk he took.
The thing that I respect about Bezos is he helped pioneer one hell of a convenience for people that don't like to go to the mall, and I'm one of those, trust me.
As far as his customer service skills are concerned I can't comment on that, as I haven't had the experience of buying his commodities.
Maybe some day I'll order a CD from him, but I know I can probably get it cheaper from one of his competitors.
Ps
I agree with you on his creativity. You forgot one other thing. He was first out of the gate, but watch Wal-Mart come down the stretch, or maybe they'll just buy him out, If Aol doesn't.
You see, sooner or later, Bezos will have to find deeper $pockets.
