Hi Brian,

The 1.7 mil share is the number NT offers in the IPO date Based on
Juniper IPO Prospectus. Since all the corporate investor take equal shares except Ericsson invested more in the later days.

I figure that Lu has the same amount shares as NT has, 1.7 mil share.
They are not going to sell at this time. NT is in the same boat as
Lu. They decided to jump the ship early by selling all their holdings.
It helps increasing the share float in the market.
